Terms and conditions
Welcome to Sepiyo. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Use of the service
Sepiyo is provided as a personal productivity tool. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the service.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for any activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from within the app or your app store account.
Intellectual property
All content, branding, and software in Sepiyo are the property of Sepiyo or its licensors. You retain ownership of the content you create within the app.
Liability
Sepiyo is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sepiyo is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in the Netherlands.
Privacy policy
Your privacy matters. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.
What we collect
Account information such as your email address, and the content you create in the app such as intentions, tasks, and focus sessions. We also collect basic technical data needed to keep the service running, such as device type and crash reports.
How we use it
To provide and improve the app, sync your data across your devices, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us operate Sepiyo, under strict confidentiality. We may disclose information if required by law.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
Refund and return policy
Sepiyo is a digital subscription service. The following policy applies to purchases made directly through us.
Right of withdrawal
In line with EU consumer law, you have a 14 day right of withdrawal after purchasing a subscription, provided you have not actively started using the paid features. By starting to use the paid features, you expressly waive this right.
How to request a refund
Email us at hello@sepiyo.com with your account email and the reason for the refund request. We aim to respond within five business days.
App store purchases
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds are handled directly by them according to their policies. We are unable to issue refunds for purchases made through these platforms.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal but does not refund the current billing period.
